Welcome to the Sitecore Code Editor module.
This module provides a replacement html editor for the rich text editor (visible using the Edit Html button).
There is also a code text field type with an Edit Code button.
Additionally, the Attachment system type is enhanced to support editing of media library items (i.e. css, js, txt).
